Sweet and Sour Meatloaf




Meatloaf:
2 or more pounds of ground beef
1 egg
5 tbsp. ketchup (divided) 3 tbsp go to sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
1/4 tsp salt & pepper

Topping:
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Cook at 350 for 50 mins

In a small bowl combine sugars, vinegar, and remaining ketchup and drizzle over meatloaf and cover for the last 10 minutes of cook time.
